Intensive Counselling Therapy


Many clients are looking for quick fixes when they come for counselling. Clients are often short of time or feel that an hour a week isn’t enough for them and want another session in the week.

You might be someone who is thinking of having personal counselling sessions and you are not sure what the next step is?

I am now offering intensive Counselling Therapy over TWO weeks to meet the needs of a majority of my busy clients. Instead of attending for an hour a week over several weeks, I can now offer a tailor made intensive package over TWO weeks. This consists of 4 hours spread over two days per week. That’s a total of 8 hours of intensive therapy over two weeks.

The therapy will include CBT, mindfulness, art and play therapy whilst also drawing on existential therapy to look at your personal life purpose and meaning. Together we will look at your diet, life coaching, managing anxiety, bereavement and loss, social anxiety and inner child work. You will be encouraged to think about small tasks to put in to place outside of the sessions to manage and sustain effective positive change. For those on a more spiritual quest we will incorporate healing aspects to enhance your personal therapy.

*This intensive counselling approach will challenge you, it will ask you to step outside of your comfort zone BUT it will give you the confidence to express yourself in a far more assertive, confident and more positive manner.

My desire is to help you to regain an element of focus and clarity and ultimately to produce some positive change in your life!
